Young Scooty pulled an all nighter last night getting a scoop on the Doctor Who series 4 finale .. and who should he espy around but Lis Sladen!
I shall give him a nudge to give us the full low down, but in the meantime he has posted lots of juicy info over at OG, sort of around this page here

UPDATE! SFX Magazine issue 168 confirms that Sladen's role is much more than just a blink-or-you'll-miss-it cameo. It's a proper (dramatic!) guest appearence, that draws together four series of Doctor Who mythology.

I just have one word to say:

Sounds like Doctor Who is going out in style ;-0) I mean...we know Doctor Who isn't ending, but this will be the last time we see a full season until...what? April 2010?
And I love the idea of having old friends back, and the thought of having Sarah Jane & Jack Harkness back (as symbols of the spin-offs) - all uniting together. :-0)
